Any news on the calipers uses in the upcoming M-X6?

Just wondering if BMW will continue with multi-piston, fixed caliper brakes like it did with the 135, or are we back to the sliding caliper?
I saw the release said it would have 15.6" rotors, but didn't see anything about the calipers.:dunno:

I read in one of the releases that they are fixed calipers in the front (4 piston), with rotors fabricated separately from the hat. The rear are sliding calipers.

edit: found the info

inner-vented lightweight brake discs.
The brake discs themselves measuring 395 mm/15.55" in diameter at the front

brake holder and the grey-cast-iron friction ring to effectively counteract
any heat-induced deformation even under maximum loads.

Good info. Thanks.

Looks like BMW is finally starting to get up to date with their brakes. Those are HUGE rotors too.
