I got very excited when I read the story, but when I found out that it's only offered in two exterior colors and only one interior choice (Black)...now that's really disappointing. Why limit customers choices to only few color options?! Porsche, for example, gives you the choice to choose minor details such as your seatbelt color on their entry models, and here for such premium vehicle only limited!!
For the X5, they had the M package with good choice of interior and exterior colors, but no extra power. Now they've added the power and taken off color options... :wtf:
If you really need to compete in the current tough economic environment, you need to be more aggressive with the competitors and offer attractive packages, not just limit customer's choices...
To be honest, I think this is really stupid marketing move from BMW. :thumbdown

xDrive35i lost 6 HP and xDrive50i lost 9 HP somewhere in translatin from original release. :)

Pretty Cool how discussion boards get the right information after the vetting process. If that only worked as good in the politcal system!!! Ha! It would make sense our 7RR package is only the performance upgrade and not the full 7RR M Sport Package offered in Germany. I wonder why???
