2011 US Order Guide?

Does anyone have the 2011 order guide yet? I know some people have placed orders for 2011's already and I figured it would have been available online by now ... :dunno:

Something was posted in xbimmers for 2011 ordering guide, but it didn't discuss X5 or X6.
