WOW. i have to admit, when i first saw this project you were putting the X6 through, i was VERY skeptical. but wow, you have quite possibly the nicest X6 on the forum, and that i've seen.. AWESOME JOB

TheGodfather 10-30-2010 07:18 PM

Wa wa wee wa! Having said that, the stealth x6/x5 seems to be becoming a dime a dozen style these days.

Every dang X looks like the bat mobile now...it is starting to lose its appeal.

J.Belknap 10-30-2010 07:25 PM

Understated and eye-catching all at the same time.

Love it.

335xray 10-30-2010 09:31 PM

Looks awesome!

RedStripe88 10-30-2010 09:50 PM

The menace in the rearview mirror! Very clean. Nicely done (not overdone).

wallyx5 10-30-2010 09:59 PM

Very nice. I really like the X6.

m5james 10-31-2010 03:45 PM

Large openings in the front bumper, nice tips and love the flat paint...looks mean!

The Big Easy 10-31-2010 03:59 PM

Love the matt finish - well done! Specs on the rims?

Cheers,

Well done...and pics look great!

Why not just cop the M for the full-tilt boogie? :dunno:

LeMansX5 11-01-2010 08:53 PM

got a really good deal on my 50i, 2008 with 7k miles for 62k. I can't do a 90k car just yet. But would love to rock the M one day.

Stevev 11-03-2010 04:07 PM

Very well done !!!

Damn, now that is one good looking X6. Well done!!!

m5james 11-04-2010 01:49 PM

I wish prefacelight E53's had kits like this! Those openings, cannards and eyelids are sexy!

Ajogu 11-06-2010 02:31 PM

emm2x, looks like you lifted Thor up a bit after lowering him too much. Did you improve the ride? I have to say, this is one of the best looking X6 I have seen. I am seriously thinking of replacing my M5 with an X6 but with a twist and you have managed to make a great job. Thor might have a cousin in Europe if you don't mind:-)

rooroo 11-06-2010 08:37 PM

Nice my friend!
That is pretty much the car I have been dreaming up since the X6 was released. It's hard to find non-OEM wheels that look good on BMWs but those look the part, and you even blacked out the mirrors and the roundel... It's like you read my mind!:D

emm2x 11-07-2010 03:44 PM

Ajogu - the ride was absolutely horrible with the drop maxed out. The car felt like it was swaying all over the place. But after re-adjusting the rear links it made a huge difference on the ride comfort. And not only that, I think the 'stance' looks perfect. Thor would be honored to have a European cousin!

rooroo - I'm actually re-doing my roundels to these...

mizboo102 11-17-2010 01:04 PM

Looks absolutely amazing! With the blacked out Roundel's it looks just like the camo-ed ones from the factory. I've always wanted to see one of these stanced. I'm in awe. Very nice :)
