The maybes are noted as are those who are locals and members who as of now plan to arrive on Friday. If you're arriving on Friday, the future mrs. & I would like to invite you and your guests over to our place for some food & drink and socializin'. Plenty of parking to be had, gratis. We'll get kicked off around 5:30-6pm. PM me for address and phone number, etc.

Wow, we didn't know Michelle was going. Now we on the left coast will all have to drive out there. Anyone wants to caravan together?

I was planning on being there, but just found out that my brother-in-law and his wife will be visiting Toronto from the homeland. We will be driving that weekend (w/ the X of course) and probable see some of you on the road. :) I'm sorry I'll miss it but you guys enjoy, hope I'll make it on the next one and please post alot of pics. Yes there is a meeting place and I think it's a clubhouse in JV's development where there's enough parking space for all our X5's.

The meet location is pretty close to the RC (Pentagon City) hotel that we've all booked in.

JV - at this time I am planning on a Friday arrival. The only thing that may change my plans for the weekend is the health situation with my daughter. I'll keep you posted.

Would love to arrive on Friday but can't since Mae would need to prepare the Pansit and Lumpia... BTW, can we cook the Lumpia at the clubhouse and would you have a deep fryer? If none then we'll bring ours we'll just need to know if we can cook it there...

We are still debating our "sched" for the meet...
our conumdrum is whether to go to JKs Fri and then, the long haul to DaDCMeet on Sat.,
or go straight in Sat from the Mtn, (too far, time-wise),
or roll into DC Fri night.

We have to be back on the Mtn Sun afternoon or eve, at latest as theCEO has a big deal ball chasing tournament on Mon.

Lotta miles, but not as many as some will do.

I'm leaning toward getting there Fri night some time...

No dis to Juan but come on up on Friday, especially if you need to get back on Sunday. So far I think it's me, SG, Breyton, Vig and Lemans coming Friday. Don't know if Michelle is Friday or Saturday. JV mentioned a few others, should be fun. We'll all get acquainted before the troops come rolling in on Saturday

We'll all have to get together soon to figure out what we all want to do on Friday. We have a deck and patio and the weather oughta be real nice. We can hang around or we can move along to going out somewhere, even someplace close to the RC where most of the peeps are staying.

Come to the crib on Friday. I'm taking that day off. We'll go out on the boat, have dinner, wine, chill out on the deck... Eric, Kevin, and Drex (and maybe Alain) will be there. You can have one of the guest rooms, and stay the night with us. Then, we can all caravan up there Sat. morning. :)

I am simply trying to get to the Sat meet, with the least miles and least seat time possible, as we have to depart DCMeet on Sun am, for the 8-9 hrs run back to the Mtn: Veronica has to be out the door of our Mtn house early Mon am for a commitment.

I'd love to be at your ranch on Fri eve...but, I'm uncertain at this moment, here in mid March.

eve and then, up to you on Sat. with the Carolina
Caravan.

We cannot get away on Friday as early as hoped
and it's a bitch of a drive from the Mtn to Alex. on

To accommodate Mother's Day plans with my Mom, I'll be flying into BWI at 4:20pm on Friday, and flying out of BWI at 8:45pm on Saturday.
