What time are you checking in?

Around 3:30-4:00, and hopefully not any later...but that will depend on Baltimore to DC traffic (WHICH SUCKS!!)

I should be in by 3 the lastest, depending on the weather.

You'll be fine once you get past Baltimore and 695. Going into DC around that time is actually nothing. Take B/W Parkway 295 b/c it should be pretty clear.

If you take the B/W parkway South, stay on 295 at the Rt. 50/ NY Ave split, then exit 4 miles or so later at Howard Rd., turn right onto Howard, bear right when you come to the bridge, get in the far left lane on the bridge (US Capitol right in front of you), follow the signs for 395 South, cross the 14th St. bridge into VA and exit at Route 1/Crystal City and take the first exit to a right onto 15th, three blocks to a right on Hayes and the RC is on your left! PHEW!:)
