Goodbye DC
 

The laptop is about to be put in one of my many bags so I can tear up 95 north :zoom: and have some fun before the weekend warriors hit the roadways. I can't seem to find the right words to express what great people hang here. As you get older you realize that you don't have many friends, acquanintances come and go, people disappoint you and you keep a dear few close at heart. This weekend I met friends. Everyone is so sincere. My buddy MDK asked for a full report on who was the strangest. I have nothing to tell him. You guys are great. Thank you Jeff and Drex for a great place to hang my hat.

My bags are packed as well and I am shutting down the laptop. The journey home will be painless when I put into perspective all the fun I had this weekend, hooking up with a lot of old and dear friends, as well as putting some new faces to some names and making a lot more new friends. Wow, this is what it is all about!!

Safe travels to everyone, and I'll check in when I get back to Michigan

What a perfect ending to a perfect weekend. No cobwebs in my girls pipes. Great ride. Although I would have enjoyed brunch with everyone, I'm glad I hit the road early. Made the NJ Turnpike in 2 hours (including 4 stops, yes 4) Played with a cutie in an FX45, he tried real hard but got lost in a pack.

Everyone have a safe trip home. Can't wait till everyone is home and settled and posting the stories! :)
