Any recommendations on place to eat, visit, etc. while we are there?

My favorite two buffets are the seafood buffet at the Rio $35 and the buffet at the Aladdin $24. The Bellagio buffet is excellent, but it's about $12 more than the Aladdin which is also very good.

If you like pastries Paris Buffet is a way to go.
I always go to Mandaley Bay Buffet the line is not as bad as Bellagio. Now they are hiding King Crab legs next to the prime rib station, left. That's all I eat when I get there.
