UPDATE: WestFest IV - Who's Coming
 

WestFest IV is about one month away. That really isn't a lot of time when you consider the planning involved in an event like this. I need your RSVP's as soon as possible so that we can order the right amount of food, have the right amount of prizes and give-aways, enough tables and chairs, you get the picture. So don't delay. Please RSVP and help me make this event run smoothly. :thumbup:

I heard B.H. just got a new X5. Are you still playing hockey with him? Let him know about WF IV as well since he lives in your neck of the woods.

I was just looking at some pics from WFIII and saw him in a couple of pics. I'll call him. I'm surprised he didn't call one of us when he was getting ready to buy.

With a subtle nod to the timing of the next meet, in, dare I say it, Florida, the timing of WFIV is fantastic from a airfare and lodging standpoint.

There are tons of very cheap fares out there right now, so even if you can just take time for a two-nighter, it's a very cheap time to fly, get cars, and rent rooms.

There are $99 fares from major hubs. I imagine the weather will be terrific as well. How many Floridians so far? 2 or am I missing someone?

Wish I could make it to represent Ontario Canada, just a bit of a drive for me. I will work on the Niagara Falls meet for next spring.
