Hilton Head Island for Memorial Day Weekend?
 

Inquiring minds want to know.

How about an unofficially official X5World get-together in Hilton Head Island? Nothing formal. No major plans. No T-shirts. No sponsor. Bring your own food. Just hang out on the beautiful (and quiet) beaches here, do some golfing, biking, boating, fishing... you name it. There are plenty of great restaurants, too.

This weekend, Liz and I are staying at the Marriott Grande Ocean, which is fantastic. It's not cheap, but the apartments can fit several people, so the cost can be kept at reasonable levels.

Hmmm, my birthday party at Hilton Head...

It's tradition for Marta and I to grill some burgers on the deck and drink some cold ones on Memorial Day weekend. It's one of the best weekends of the year to be in DC because of all the veterans in town, etc. I'll see what I can do about making it down to HH though.

I'm out too. :( It's my holiday call this year, which means I get Thanksgiving day, 4th of July, New Years day and Christmas day off. :thumbup: A small price to pay, I think.
