Wish we could make one of these Tri-State Meets, too...
But, we are motoring north to NJ for our son's 40th, in
late May, and again in late June for our granddaughter's
7th b'day. Just can't pull off another trip there, "in between".
:(

Maybe we will make one some year, in my motorized wheel chair,
drooling and senile. :D

Sorry to report that while I had the Meet penciled in, V just found out
she has 3 new fabric art quilts juried into the Lake Logan Fiber Art/Quilt
Exhibition that weekend...I risk pain or death by not showing up, at least
for the reception. Hate to miss the Gang, but I gotta do what I gotta do...
it would have been a stretch, as we boogie north a month later for
the Granddaughter's big 5th birthday.

Take lotsa pics and have a couple of bevs on me.

Hey, having been to several meets around the country, we would
really like to be there to meet new Mems, and see old friends.

But, other than truck drivers, I don't know of many people willing or
able to do 3 ~1500 mile round trips in 3 weeks. Let me know how you
like those 11+ hr days driving, each way, in a few decades. ;)

I'm not going to be able to attend my own meet, boys and girls. The reservations are already made. I just need to let Jim know the week before what the head count is. We have the inside room reserved for lunch, which worked out well last year.

I know. :tsk: I couldn't believe it when the conflict came up. I found out Sunday and have been trying to figure a way around it but I can't do it.

I'm so bummed. This meet has come a long way from the first one I planned 5 years ago. It looks like this may be the best turnout yet. Maybe you guys can photoshop my X6 in the cascade :rofl:
