Due to the Bergen County Blue laws, malls are closed. An idea for space, and proximity for lunch...Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus, behind Nieman Marcus (lots of space and easy access to all highways.)

Its not the shore, its no CT...but its an idea. CT is still the best idea that I can think of.

Check this out... Right in deal nj, on the shore. That's a nice parking lot. I'll check it out this Saturday to get an idea of if it gets crowded. And see if that restaurant is good..

Naz....great find, except Deal is a very introverted and exclusive town, especially near the water. Rolling a bunch of cars through there will cause an issue with the hired help (ie. Police.)

yeah, i know the neighborhood is veyr exclusive. But lets be honest, we're not doing anything illegal :thumbup:

i think we'd be out of there before any issues could appear.

I personally am just trying to stay away from annoying commutes, anyway we cut it, the connecticut commute sucks. gotta take the GWB, and most of the members are coming over the GWB if i remember correctly. Lets try to avoid that, and major highways. Rolling down the shore roads is great, follow the beach for miles, and you are in and out of towns quickly, no time to piss anyone off. I see car shows rolling thru these towns all the time

Hey, been away from the forum for a few weeks. But count me in for any NJ location, as long as it's not too far south. I second Kyzrsose's idea of Garden State Plaza on a Sunday. Close to all major highways and Sunday blue laws gives us lots of space. I am fine with Deal also.

find a spot to park 20+ X5s, and a place to cruise around without wanting to kill ourselves and you got yourself a deal haha.

i personally have never taken my X5 into the city, nor do i want to.

Why GWB? I have done that commute quite a bit but always used TappanZee bridge and flew through. GWB sucks, and is for those who don't know there are better and faster ways;) Less than 60 min(~50min) from I-80+I-287 to Stamford, CT on weekend. Done it several times. Take 287 north all along....
