TENTATIVE - Xoutpost Holiday Dinner? Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Havre de Grace, MD
The 2012 Xoutpost Holiday Dinner will be on Saturday, December 1st in Havre de Grace, Maryland!
Join us for dinner at the Laurrapin Grille, located at 209 N. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078 at 7:00pm. NOTE: Please bring CASH! It makes things a lot easier when paying the bill at the end of dinner! If you are able to arrive early, join us for a mini-meet and drinks around 5:00pm at the Courtyard Marriott at Ripken Stadium before heading over to the Laurrapin Grille for dinner. After dinner, we'll be heading over to Hollywood Casino Perryville, located at 1201 Chesapeake Overlook Parkway, Perryville, MD 21903. Those traveling from out of town can stay nearby at the Courtyard Marriott at Ripken Stadium, located at 830 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001. The current rate for Saturday night is $109. ...and then there were 4. Some things have come up for Saturday that I cannot attend either. I'm going to cancel the reservation (they took my credit card to hold the reservation since I estimated 15-20 people). If anyone wants to take this over - please feel free to! If not, I'll try to figure something out for January/February when my schedule frees up again.
