So is anyone interested in scheduling a meetup somewhere decent in the Detroit area one morning or afternoon?

Nothing fancy, just all of us meet at a coffee shop or restaurant for a few hours...

Sure, there are a few of us here in the Detroit area. Tom (mrbmwx5) and I are both in the Gibraltar area (downriver). My summer weekends are booked with boating activities, but weeknights are often free.

I suggest Coffee Time, just off M-5 located on Maple Road about 1/4 mile west of the highway. The owner is a car fan and a great guy.

If that location is too far west, then maybe the Partridge Creek area off M-59? There's a Bar Louie with a big parking lot nearby for gathering.
