I took apart the vacuum pump, looks fine.

I back to thinking its the waterpump.
It's a pain in the ass, because one bolt is hidden behind the harmonic balancer pulley. it has at least 8 bolts that you cant see, so will have to do it by feel. Will attempt tomorrow.
