545i N62 Water Pump/Pulley Replacement DIY

Not all of the instructions are there and it is a bit different. Once you remove the air scoop and top radiator support the fan can me unplugged and carefully removed. be VERY careful you can easily snap one of the plastic nipples on the upper radiator hose - I broke mine off on re-assembly. Once that is out of the way the job is easy. I say again be VERY careful around those plastic pipe nipples they get brittle with age.
