I just received a set of Vredestein Ultrac Vorti tires, they have a film of mold release on the side walls.

Looking for a chemical/cleaner that removes it (PLEASE, no degreaser replies, tires are produced from oil. No Brillo/steel wool/wire brush replies too.)
