If the only way to get it to stop was to pull the fuse...i'd look at the pump for the tailgate and unplug the electrical harness to it. You could also switch the front and rear pumps to see if there's an issue with the rear pump. They sit right next to each other and are identical on the washer tank.

See image below for location of pumps...and they are only secured to the tank by compression...they pop out if you pull on them correctly:
Dear Qsilver7, thanks for pictures and reply. Do you think it is nothing to do with the control switch. I mean one under the steering wheel. Front washer jet is working fine of course. Let me follow your advise. I will swap the front and rear washer pumps and put the fuse back and check.
