it mounts to the front shroud of the radiator. you may be able to get it without taking the radiator out but removing the radiator is probably the right way.

I'd try removing the inner fan then uncliping the radiator from the front shroud and trying to tilt it back so you could leverage out the PS cooler. you may also have to try and remove the rear shroud for more room.
