how to get Power Steering oil cooler out?

My oil cooler for the power steering has started to leak from the end of the cooler. This sits long ways just in front of the large radiator. I can't see how to get it out. I've searched the net and here for a "how to" but no info at all.

I have bought a replacement part to see if that helped but looks like it just sits in place.

I'm thinking it can either come out from the front which means taking out all the plastic parts behind the front grille or my worst worry is it needs to come out the engine side which looks like the radiator has to come out too.

Can anyone help please?
