Which wheels? If they are non-BMW wheels then they likely use hub centering rings. You may want to check that all the rings are on.

Which tire model? If they are directional and/or asymmetrical then make sure the correct tires are mounted on each corner and that the side marked outside are actually facing out.

If the above checks out then it's one of the causes listed by Thunder22 above.
