I bought Pioneer AppRadio 4 SPH‑DA120. I want to simple solution without DVD etc. You can also get Pioneer NEX Line ( NEX4100-8100 and the new version NEX4200-8200).

These are approximate cost. About $450+ for the unit, compatible harness and other Cables. I installed with Best Buy which added about $160. ( The Dash, Wiring harness, Steering wheel control, antenna adapter all from the product line METRA)

My experience with Chinese made Android unit was not all that great and decided to give importance to the Quality and function than to the look this time. May be the new versions of Chinese Android units are better but do not want to take another chance.
