Well, the only thing I could tell you is hire a lawyer, but it doesn't sound like your X3 is a lemon so it's pretty much "tough sh*t" for you. Sorry to hear you're having problems.

However, it seems like you want to trade in your X3 for another BMW so they are "buying back" your X3. They'll make you an offer on it and you move from there. I just hope you're not upside down on the loan (owe more than the X3 is worth).
