Bmw Buy Back My X3

Any advice on how to approach BMW to buy back my X3? Its a 2005 and not quite a year old and I have had many different things go wrong with the vehicle. I just want to transfer the balance of my loan to another BMW. I am not happy with the quality of the X3.

I have had it in twice for rattling windows, instrument cluster replaced, leaking radiator, seat material cracking.

All items were replaced under warranty but that is not enough. Too many problems on a vehicle this new

I have received no responce from BMW or the dealership.

Any advice would be helpful.
