Finally fixed.
That strut bolt killed me. It was so hard to drill through and the red loctite is like weld. I was going to ship it back to rockauto and get a new strut. Although, after attempting to extract it, it was risky. Also, it was $70 shipping and for just a bolt I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Oh well, it was because the red loctite and stainless steal bolt. The bolt extractor wouldn't bite in the stainless steal to get a good grip. Heating wasn't an option either.
I took the strut out yesterday and crafted a support for it on the bench so I could work on it. Cobalt bits are the best for stainless steal (thanks bcredliner). So, carefully I drill the bolt to its inner thread diameter and then remake the thread. I had a similar bolt from the old Arnott and put it back in with red loctite. It's tight and solid as new now.
New bolt in.
