Thanks I will try the reset.

Upgraded from the standard 4.4i dash to the 4.6 dash with oil temp gauge and orange lights on the tach.

The IKE has specific data coded to it based on the cars ZKE/ZCS coding. If you fuel gauge isn't registering correctly...then try an IKE reset (TEST 21). This starts a new baseline for a full tank and the data each fuel level sendor sends to the IKE.

If you install new fuel level sensors...you need to do a reset (OBC TEST 21)...since you installed a new cluster (we don't know what it came from)...perhaps a reset will correct whatever error the IKE is receiving...especially if it came from something other than an e53.
