I was able to find some on German Ebay.. but i had serious communication/language barriers in getting confirmation on the exact fit and so on... So hold on,, even if I buy the clear EURO headlights from German ebay I still cant just plug and play install? Have to do some modification so other drivers dont get blinded?? sounds like a pain in the butt to be honest.. I was thinking today of maybe tinting the headlights.. but I dont know if in NYC its legal to tint your headlights.. everything is illegal here..
So to be honest, where can I buy one for good price that I know will fit? I found cheap ones on german ebay but if fitment wont be good for USA versions i dont know what to do... I found USA seller for clear headlights - but they are NOT Cheap.. $2500 ->

For these installed with bulbs I could buy another whole demm X5... its silly honestly... esp with so many totaled x5's you see on the net... i wish there was a big website to catalog the europen wrecks and part-outs for sale..
