What do you mean 'road force balanced'? Never heard such terms. Rims are BMW OE Y-spoke 214 migrated from an X6 owned by a friend of mine, hub centric rings used for front only, no needed for rears. Tires are well balanced, brake discs and brake pads are also BMW OE parts. As all stuff are BMW OE parts, so I don't think it is caused by discs or pads or rims. Is that possible caused by front ball joints or bushings?
