What do you mean 'road force balanced'? Never heard such terms. Rims are BMW OE Y-spoke 214 migrated from an X6 owned by a friend of mine, hub centric rings used for front only, no needed for rears. Tires are well balanced, brake discs and brake pads are also BMW OE parts. As all stuff are BMW OE parts, so I don't think it is caused by discs or pads or rims. Is that possible caused by front ball joints or bushings?

hunter makes a wheel balancing system that mimics real world driving to identify and eliminate causes of vibration due to improperly balanced wheels and tires. BMW uses hunter systems at the facotry and in the dealerships.
It's one thing the mount and balance the wheels but unless you road force balance them you will never know if the wheel is truly balanced. Hunter GSP9700 Wheel vibration Control System solves wheel vibration and tire pull problems that balancers and aligners can't fix

I think it's your thrust arm, which contains a bushing that goes bad. I experienced a rough vibration on the passenger front when braking between 40 and 60 mph. Even light braking caused the vibration. Clamp a vice grip and see if they can be moved. It should be difficult. Look up thrust arm or tension strut in the Bentley service manual.

Yes the thrust arm bushing is a leading candidate for this.
The control arm bushing can also cause it. I have had shaking caused by both. Given how cheap those parts are there in HK, I'd probably replace both and the hub ball joint too for a complete suspension refresh.
