X5chard is on a distinguished road
Shall I still keep my X5? What I has gone wrong with my X5 in the last 4 years.

I had the car from 65,000 miles, it is now 85,000 and so far reliability is not so good.

Recently leaking coolant, I replaced :
Top and bottom radiator hose
Temperature sensor
Thermostat

Failed and replaced parts:
AC condenser
Front coil springs x2
Rear air bags x2
Alarm siren
Oil cooler hose
Expansion tank
Blocked - windshield washer
Tyres and brakes
CCV x2

Still have problems with :
Tail lights have water
Water in passenger footwell - when raining hard.
Blue smoke (occasional) - worst of all
Signs of vacuum leak (maybe)
Signs of oil leak under the engine

I fear that the blue smoke is the deciding factor, after replacing CCV and realising its still in good condition. I fear the next thing to change is the infamous valve stem seal. [emoji24]
