when did your error come up? upon starting the car or did it take some time to come on?

for me the check engine light comes on at exactly 12 miles. and that happens to be a stretch of road where its down hill so it's low acceleration.

I read that one of the functions the MAP sensor has is to check functionality of the egr valve so during deceleration or low throttle it will open the egr valve and the map sensor should sense higher pressure.

I think this is the test I am failing.

I am deleted so I am not sure if that test should have been removed from the routines.
