35d faulty MAP Sensor?

In the process of troubleshooting my 13' 35d with 75k on the clock. Currently it goes into limp mode anytime you start to lean into the throttle once it hits limp mode it has very little power to move itself. Pulled the codes below..

Engine / Motor
Boost pressure sensor, plausibility boost pressure too low
Code: 0048DC
Exhaust gas recirculation rate control, deviation exhaust gas recirculation rate
control error while Kat heating
Code: 004B82
measured air mass compared to the calculated air mass to low
Code: 004862
Exhaust pressure upstream of the turbine exhaust pressure difference measurement
calculated too low
Code: 004C83

Did some research and the MAP sensor seemed like a good place to start, I did remove it and it was all gunked up; I cleaned it out with CRC MAF Cleaner and reinstalled (still waiting for replacement MAP sensor to show up). Just ran a functional test in ISTA/D and was presented with the following results. I'm assuming I'm looking to compare the Charging and Ambient pressures, in this case they are much more than +/-25 mbar difference considered within spec thus suggesting the sensor is faulty?

Replacing the MAP sensor resolved my issue, with new sensor Charging Pressure read 965 mbar with engine off.

how did you run that test? do you follow the suggested test schedule after finding a code or is there some other way to get to it by searching or so?

If you click on troubleshooting and select a code related to low boost it should allow you to calculate a test plan. In the test plan there was an option to troubleshoot charging pressure sensor. Selecting that allows you to preform the functional test on the map sensor.

You can also find it by troubleshooting, by function, dde but it's kind of a mess how they organized it and search is useless half the time.

ok Luckily the MAP sensor related failure came back and i was able to get to it from the test schedule screen.

this test looks good for me but i think it only test one aspect of the sensor there seems to be other test that i do not know how to run.

That higlighted option takes me to a EDIABAS connection screen where i assume some measuring device is connected to the sensor directly to sense voltage??

It's that or service, like I couldn't find smooth running control to run under one but the other had it. The list by function/module is at least somewhat logical. I miss vagcom/vcds, a bit crude but so simple to surf through the channels to find which basic settings test to run

when did your error come up? upon starting the car or did it take some time to come on?

for me the check engine light comes on at exactly 12 miles. and that happens to be a stretch of road where its down hill so it's low acceleration.

I read that one of the functions the MAP sensor has is to check functionality of the egr valve so during deceleration or low throttle it will open the egr valve and the map sensor should sense higher pressure.

I think this is the test I am failing.

I am deleted so I am not sure if that test should have been removed from the routines.

I had basically the same codes as listed above.
My 2011 X5 35D 140,000 miles would go into limp mode in about 100 ft.
Car went from running perfect to this.

452A Info Particulate Filter System
4862 Air System, Air to EGR Mass Flow Plausibility
4B82 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Rate Control Deviation
3F25 Charge - air tube monitoring
4507 EGR Controller Deviation

Cleaned carbon out of EGR (it wasn't too bad) and cleared codes.
The codes and limp mode came right back.
After reading the posts above, I replace the MAP sensor and it is fixed.

During this process, I noticed how bad the vacuum hoses are degraded, especially right above turbo.
Ordered silicone hoses and intake manifold gasket from tunemyeuro.com to replace them.
