depends on the damage, but I've seen some PDR guys do wonders.

I had someone ding my quarter panel on my e46. PDR was able to heat it up and gently push it back into place without damaging the paint. there was a slight wave to it (probably from the heat used), but it looked almost unnoticeable.

I remember it costing approx. $280 (billed the offenders insurance). they might do it cheaper not going through insurance.

I don't think its possible to do the above if the dent is on the crease of a body line. only if it is on a flat panel.
