Auto climate control is included in the Premium Package. Note as well the non-high OBC/cluster. Another victim of a non PP car. Our '01 is the same. I much prefer it. Reminds me of the E24 from my youth.
You can juuust see the HVAC controls peeking out from our delivery- 17 years ago now! Ours was a unicorn of sorts- has sports package, non-premium, but auto transmission.
