If the car is standing, can I remove any fuse for 24hrs or more without any problems occurring with the obc or modules i.e programming /coding issues?

Can I safely remove a module or cluster fuse for instance and not worry that it will cause a problem when I come to turn ignition and.drive if removed for extended periods of time?
