I’ve also read in post on there, that the usb stick can sometimes throw out the coding for DSP. Perhaps this is why you lost your 20 seconds of sound?

I don't have a clue if the IBUS caused the 20 seconds to go away. I did purchase the licenses for both the IBUS and DSP. As mentioned I haven't found anything that indicates the DSP portion does anything other than show the factory DSP functions. Since the Seicane has similar functions I don't see a reason I need it.
I am not a capable coder. Never needed or wanted to do anything that required coding. Nevertheless I will see if I can get the software to load today. I recall the specific directions were posted earlier in this thread.
