Ditto ZetaTire and decode your VIN to find out what your radio frequency is. Europe remote keys usually operate on the 433/
434 MHz frequency...so if that's listed on your build sheet and the rear DVD remote is supposed to operate over the same frequency as your key...then the 11 digit BMW part nbr you was given is way wrong.
You can look down the part nbr list ZT posted and see what the part nbr for the 434 Mhz DVD remote is. If there are other compatible remotes for that part nbr (ended or succeded)...they will be listed if you click on the part nbr on the realoem.com website.
