Alright, before this thread goes off the rails, here is what you can do to see what’s going on with your engine. Everything else is just speculation:

- drain oil
- save some in a clean container (about a cup)
- order a UOA kit and send in for analysis
- refill with an “Longlife-01” approved oil (recommend Castrol 0W-40, best price)

That Castrol 5W-30 you posted is the incorrect oil.

And previous poster was correct about oil level. An overfilled engine can have catastrophic effects.
