Has anyone had the nighttime courtesy lights over their rearview mirror come on while monitoring voltage?

Voltage drops from 13.6 to 12.8 double downward spike at 20 seconds and both little lights come on and stay on (see photo) but afterwards voltage is steady yet lights don't go out till out of real time..

P.S. I still don't have my new brake light switch as it's in customs till after the muslim holidays 27th August...
