There are also things like tensioner pulleys where it is sometimes possible to get OEM pulleys without the tensioner. Even the parts suppliers don't normally offer this.

I have been working on this recently for the 4.8i which can safe a lot of money.

I wonder how many e70 4.8i owners would be interested in a group buy... I need to look into the forum rules but I might set one up.
