OP I dealt with your issue a little over a year ago after replacing a failed door handle carrier on ‘06 4.8is. No power window, mirror adjustment/fold, remote door lock, door open lighting and chime and maybe more. All came back on eventually after fiddling with the connectors attached to drive door module.
You should also check the corresponding fuses. If fuses are ok, There are three connectors attached to the module, make sure you disconnect each and reconnect them properly, especially X1128 and X1129.
