I'm back to a rough idle condition, but only when the outside temperature is below 70 degrees. Doesn't matter if the engine is hot or cold, only what the ambient air temperature is. Already replaced all plugs and coils, performed smoke test and inspected CCV since the problem started so I'm thinking it must be MAF replacement time.
