Unless I misread something the computer can't read the throttle position. It won't operate an engine in that condition so it shuts off.
It's not talking about the gas pedal that's a few steps removed from the throttle but can also be checked. Key on engine off, you should be able to find the two reasons for gas pedal position and confirm you have good readings but then look for throttle position sensor. I can't remember if that is also redundant.
The error is literally saying when it does a pre-fire end position test it can't find the zero position. That means a problem exosits at or between the throttle position sensor and the DME (connector/wire). (that also includes the connector on the DME and traces inside DME module).
