I hope this fits into the "any suggestions" category ...
I don't have air suspension on my 3.0i, but I still have the height sensors. If you look at them, they are a linkage with a ~90 degree angle in there. It is possible, and some would say way too easy, to reassemble things with the L in that sensor linkage flipped so that it's not measuring the correct height.
So I'd suggest to look for that on your level sensors. The linkage should be set so that when that corner of the car goes up or down, the sensor (that the linkage feeds into) moves up and down accordingly. Also, left and right sides should be the same.
