I can only speak for mine, I had no stud, all bolts in mine. I would probably grab a 4th, long enough bolt from my local parts store and remove the stud...

I know when I boggered my trans pan bolt I was able to find a 10mm (they didn’t have torx) bolt at NAPA that matched threads and used it as a stop gap until my new bolt set arrived from FCPEuro.
