Nice! I too have a torque multiplier, as I used in the following thread with pics for the crank bolt on my M54:

Especially useful in places where you can't get a long lever in there or stand on a breaker bar.

If I did not have that tool, in this case I would do it by standing on a breaker bar at the proper radius.

Also, looking at that youtube video, I'll point out that there are at least two distinct classes of tools like this.

The one I used in that linked thread, and the one you mention, are general purpose things to get about 3-4x multiplication (I think mine says 4x gearing, but due to losses, the torque is 3.3x).

The one shown in that video is a 25x (standard for that type) that is kind of a special purpose tool for lug nuts on heavy equipment. So the bracing bar there is meant to butt up against a neighboring lug nut, vs. on the general purpose ones, there is a place to accept a bracing bar so you can choose the length based on what's available and brace it against what you can. In my case there I used a jack stand to brace against.

So just in case someone out there wants to get one, consider the 3-4x ones more general purpose tools that you'd be able to use.
