Yes it is the OE Bull Bar that looks like it curves into the bumper but they don't and never have tied into the tow hook mounts. Above I have posted a scan of the OE Installation instructions and you can see how they actually mount. I've read through the directions, and it looks like it basically just bolts through the plastic of the front bumper cover, through holes that I would drill. Is that correct? Or am I missing something?
