I reached underneath the pump with a short, 10mm box end wrench in my right hand, guiding the end of the wrench over the bolt head with the fingers on my left hand. A couple of swings with the wrench and the bolt was loose enough to take out with my fingers.
Toughest part was separating the plastic air hose fittings.
