I've seen one E53 where poor contact on those pins caused a fire/melt down and the main portion of the dash melted. What a mess repairing all those wiring looms under dash.

Another great suggestion on the FSR Clavurion. The biggest problem at the moment is that I am one of the estimated 2.5 billion people worldwide affected financially by job loss or furlough from the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been out of work for a month now and will probably not be back to work until June sometime (hopefully). I had to move things around to even order the blower motor.
