Bad injector or what caused no engine start

Hi, I have a 2009 35D, with about 190,000km, after it seats in the garage for 3 months. It throws out some new errors:
4330 DDE: Rail-pressure control valve, activation
4BA2 4BA2 Injector, cylinder 2, injection quantity compensation
4CEE DDE: Injector, cylinder 2, injector-rate adjustment

The car is cranking but no start. Never happened before. Is it because of the injector 2 based on error above? If I replace the injector, will the engine get started? Should I replace all injectors since the mileage is high and its life time is about to end?

Is the first error 4330, has relation to the rest two errors or not related? If not, how should I fix it. I don't see much info online talking about error 4330.

Thanks.
